My eldest cat loves tomatoes, he'll eat them whether they are fresh or cooked. You have to keep a watchful eye out for him otherwise he'll steal them before you eyes. A funny thing happened yesterday, I was unpacking my shopping bags, when I heard a rustling noise and turned to see Honey inside the bag with the vegetables, when I called him he looked up with the bag of tomatoes in his mouth, took one look at me and ran away with them. By the time I had found him hiding in the cellar, one tomato was half gone and another was severly nibbled. It was so funny Honey had such a guilty look on his face standing there with the tomatoes. Does your cat eat vegetables or anything else you wouldn't think they could?

This makes me remember another kitty that we had growing up Loud Meow. He would completely steal your food if you looked away for one moment. Probably the one that surprised me the most was the time that I left an Arby's sandwich on the counter. I turned around for a moment only to turn back and see the kitten had climbed the step stool, was on top step of the step stool about to dive into the sandwich. It is so funny because you expect this from a dog, but not cat or kitten!

Growing up, we had this cat name Leo. I recall the strangest story of him eating something that is kind of funny too was pizza. When my sister was dating her husband my baby brother knew they would always order pizza with black olives. My little brother's favorite. So one night we came home, my little brother saw that they bought pizza. My brother put the pizza box on the floor. It was completely closed. The next thing we know Leo (the cat) opens the pizza box and is proceeding to dive into eating. We caught the cat just in time! My brother did share some with Leo though!
