Surprise, Surprise!

This morning I was awaken by my bf. He had a tray with him into the bedroom, all my favorite things for breakfast and also a red rose =) We enjoyed the breakfast together and he handed me a small box and it containes a beautiful bracelet, i was stunned.
It also had an ingraving that said (if I translate) You and me forever - you are the love of my life, and then his name as a signature.
I almost started crying. He could not have made me any happier - not that I got a gift, but just because he shows that he cares about things like anniversaries and stuff.
Today we have been together for 1 year and I am SURE that it will be alot more =)
i cant wait to go home, start cooking him dinner, tap him a bath and wait until he finishes work :-D

What a thoughtful gesture. I remember a time when hubby would bring me breakfast in bed. He still draws me a bath every now and then. I think that the longer you are together the more you take each other for granted. It is refreshing to read that other people find the importance of little things in a relationship. Huggers to you both.

what a lovely surprise you have, how lucky you are, i can feel your happiness, and i really wish you and ur bf will be together forever and get married soon. coz i believe by showing our love to each other will grows your love even more each day:)

Congrags..on your one year anniversary!! I hope you have many years to come.That was so sweet of him.Thats wonderfull that he remembered.Some guys dont even remember and I think i would be kinda upset if mine didnt.I know you cant wait until he gets home!! Go girl!

Congratulations on your anniversary! It sounds as if you have finally found what you deserve in a man; I know that you've had some rough times in the past. This guy sounds like a gem. It's nice to be with a man who shows feelings and emotions, isn't it? You deserve this! Enjoy your evening together, and remember that there will be many more anniversaries to come.

id hang on to him if i were you. that was very sweet.my husband spents or wedding anniversy with his family, i get him something every year. weve been together 7. i still havent gotten anything. congradulations of your ann. and on hinding a sweet man.

That is so sweet!!! My husband has never made me breakfast in bed - but I guess that's ok. I am glad that you two have such a wonderful and loving relationship. Enjoy your magical times together.

Wow lucky you! Wish you and your boyfriend a long love life together. I can totaly understand what you are feeling. This is really a wonderful feeling when your boyfriend or spouse do something very lovely like the. My hubby also give me some very lovely surprises in some special occasion and sometime for no reason but to make me happy.

Yes it is love. But why not usher the lady's grace on the relationship & settle down into a happily married life. Why keep the pains of knowing that we love each other but are not married. What would happen in case something goes wrong & there is a separation. Get married & let the surprise be that memorable moment of life for which everyone takes birth on earth.

I am not ready to get married yet. i am 26 but when i get married it is for life and I wasnna have a relation longer than a year before i take that huge decision. he is definately the man I wanna marry though!

that's so sweet of your boyfriend to do for you. most women like me (and maybe you, too) are shallow. we can be happy with the simplest act of care or simplest surprise our boyfriends give us. and what you have this morning made me giggle! made me remember of my boyfriend again. hihi.
well, we aren't together because we're in a long distance relationship. but we got the chance to be together last year for two weeks and i say, it's the best two weeks of my life. and even now that we're apart, he keeps on surprising me with packages every now and then. the very first thing he sent me and i will forever cherish is also a bracelet with a heart on it. it might be simple. but it made my day really wonderful!

How nice of him. You should be thankful to have him in your life. He's such a caring guy for you. I wish both of you always be happy together and keep giving nice surprises. You should also consider to surprise him as well, to show that you also love and care to him. Anyway congrats on your anniversary :)
