Eat to beat the heat!

We've all been there. It's so hot out, you dont even want to eat. Get relief with these tips: Spicy foods that promote perspiration can help cool you off, while foods with a high water content help you stay hydrated..

I wish it was hot out's freezing here. I do tend to drink lots of water in the summer and have also heard the spicy food tip...I guess that's why Indian and Mexican foods are so spicy.

I think it is necessary to force yourself to eat when meal times are near. Usually if you lose your appetite, it means you are gonna possibly get sick. So eat, stretch, drink more water, and rest well. :)
