http:\\realitylapse.com - They have 293 episodes. Direct download, I don't know about the english subs but most if not all of the anime's there are english subbed with original japanese voice. The videos are in Real media player format, they are good quallity and memory friendly ^_^ Enjoy..

Yes, the format is for real player, I take all sorts of anime series from this website and I am sattisfied with the quallity. Just try one and you'll see what I mean :)

RealityLapse just recently updated their One Piece list. Never really liked the anime but I am a frequent vieiwer of the RL site.. It is one of their recent updates.

I know! You can get all of them on Kaizoku fansubs by torrent. this fansub has a lot of thing... some episodios is in mp4 format and some others in avi format. if you want get them. here is the website link http://kaizoku-fansubs.com/

why don't you try gendou.com ? i think that's direct download but for this site folder for download anime is new so i think they onlyhave the newest one and why don't you try at animeotaku.info. it also direct download if you want other method try by using limewire (like torrent)

go to http://www.worldspace.nu/onepiece/ you'll find links to all episode of one piece. you can also watch them in www.youtube.com just type "one piece 297" for example if you want to watch episode 297.
