I am about finished going to school..Careerstep..and just got a job working from home...I am so excited..any home employees out there want to give some encouragement, ideas, etc...

Congratulations! Awesome! I was about to take Career Step but I won a totally free scholarship from CAI Transcription, Inc, so I am going to run with that. Who did Career Step place you with? Or did you find the position on your own?

actually I placed my resume on careerbuilders.com and got a hit..hired about 3 days later..suppose to start within the next 2 weeks...looking forward to it..how did u win a free scholarship..

I performed transcription for my former boss for a short time before being promoted. My problem with him was he was NEVER happy when I took over we had a woman doing it that did a good job but didn't always get the name right then I took over and he was never happy with the font I even sat down with him and picked the font together but when I went home and did it he complained the next day. The person who took it over from me did an okay job but he found fault with her too. Make sure you know exactly what he wants and how he wants it and one of the most important things is a fast turnaround especially for small docotrs offices. Good luck!!!
