i seriously have sleeping problems, what are some simple ways to fall asleep?

its like 4am now, i've to wake up in the morning 8am. how do i get to sleep?

I would reccomend taking melatonin. It's what your body naturaly creates to make you sleep. Some people's levels drop for one reason or another. You can get it over the counter just about anywhere. It's safe to take because it's just like your body made it.
