When eating apples do you bite into the skin or peel it first?

I eat apples, a little peeling, I feel very troublesome. Filthy, eating sick! Laughter.

it all depends on what kind of mood that i am in, sometimes i like to peel them and cut them up and put sugar and cinnamon on them.

They say that most of the vitamins is in the skin, yet when you buy apples they often have a chemical spray on skin or wax on skin to make them shiny. It makes me confused whats the best way, peeling so you lose the chemical spray as well as losing vitamins. Or you eat the skin and get the vitamins with the chemical spray or wax. Anyway sometimes i peel the skin and other times i eat the skin.

I've never peeled the skin off an apple before eating it, not unless it's a cooking apple and it needs to be peeled and chopped up to be cooked. I don't see the point really, the skin has most of the flavour and crunch! Sometimes i chop the apple up if i don't want to bite straight into it, but i always eat the peel, it's too yummy not to!
