Help me with the breakfast cassarole

I have the ingredients down.. timing perfect to where the crust browns.. but I have a soggy center each time I make it. I have perfected everything else but am unable to figure out why my center won't firm up like the outer edges. Any ideas?

Sounds like your heat might be too high. Try turning the heat back and cooking a little longer.
