Don't You Hate It When ....

I know, I feel the same way you do, i guess that's why they have the preview button on there, but i don't like using it... It's just frustrating, I would prefer to be able to fix it whenever i see the mistake, which is usually when I'm responding to my responses.. I think a lot of people want this... Actually I'm pretty sure I've seen other discussions on this... Just a tip, Maybe it would be good for you to look up things before making discussions on them, just to insure that yours doesn't get cut.... Cause when they do you usually lose money...

Yes I heard people said the same and I too have mistypos now and then in my postings, but mylot never adds another feature to edit our postings. It takes me longer to dowload mylot pages than other forums I join in, I hope they won't add any more feature here - it will take forever to download LOL

It IS sortof annoying... and I beat myself over the head with a blunt object because most of the time I have read my reply (or post) about 3-4 times before posting it. And I STILL make typos, or leave out a word, or something otherwise annoying. Sure, there's the "preview response," and I use that for really long responses. But then I lose the line breaks, and have to remember to RE-format the post to separate out paragraphs. And that's just annoying....

I can understand your frustration. I think I did some errors sometimes too. In my enthusiasm to post, I did not check the spelling or grammar for errors. By then, after hitting the post response button, it is too late already. Maybe the reason mylot did not allow us to change or edit is because it will help us check first before we press the button.
