Your favorite dance form...

What is your favorite dance style/genre, and why?
For me, I like ballet (with pointe) and also lyrical (I like to perform it en pointe as well!) the best because I enjoy the challenge they both offer and I love the grace and imagery that is often portrayed through these dance forms. I also like how they have a definite structure, which is the one thing I don't like about modern/contemporary dance.

I can't fathom not enjoying any form of dance in particular. So far everything I've tried, I've loved doing. Ballet, modern, and jazz are among my favorites, though.
The only dance form that specifically doesn't appeal to me is freestyle disco and all it's various offspring (slow, rock-n-roll, etc). The little bit I've seen of it is just... a turn-off.

After watching "So You Think You Can Dance" last year, I'm a big fan of swing. I also like contemporary that tells a story. And I love latin ballroom dance like paso doble.
