here's my situation..I decided to move a "friend" of mine in a while back and he didn't tell me he was moving his cousin's boyfriend in too (he is trying to make this guy leave his boyfriend to be with him and is being used basically) they are both obnoxious slobs together and can only be tolerated when I am only talking to one of them...one day, its fine with them, the next day, they aren't speaking. The guy he moved in brought a lot of drama, noise, and problems to my house. He even has no intent on paying any of the bills they want to run up (who the hell takes 3 showers a day in the wintertime anyway) To make this short, I am sick of the both of them..I finally told them one of them if not both of them have to go by tomorrow..if they decide to kiss up or ignore what I've said, how do I get rid of these two idiots?

I would have the locks changed and put all of their belonging outside, if the start anything or damage anything call the police. Instead of paying someone for the locks to be changed see if you can swap locks with someone you know who has the same type of lock.

thats one of the first thoughts a better friend gave me..but the thing is the guy I moved in would be so much better off without this leech..he would do what he said he would do if he moved in..the problem is the jerk he brought with him..my "friend" doesn't even talk for himself anymore..whenever you ask him a question, this fool gives you the answer..there is nothing more sad than a man who doesn't speak up for himself..when I told him what I am doing tomorrow (taking him off the lease) instead of him wanting to talk about it, he sat back and let this jerk get all excited and try to argue with me about it..

I think your main concern should be to get rid of the one that annoys you the most. If the original will listen to you and kick his partner out then so be it, if not then chuck them both out on their a$$e$ and be done with it.

thanks so much for your input...I spoke to the one thats supposed to be here today and he told me this jerk is planning to move to florida once he saves some money..my thing is he just went and got a job yesterday...yes, YESTERDAY and is too stupid to realize that the place he just started at holds your first check for three weeks..second, he has a intense weed habit so there is no way he can save money...so he gave himself two weeks..I told my friend today that he might want to tell him that if he does anything to get on my nerves before then that two weeks will become two minutes...now he is trying to stay out of my way and be childish..my thing is, I never heard anyone ask me if this fool can stay..his family has a problem with him because he is gay..that has nothing to do with me..I can jeopardize my home because someone wants to make a fool out of my tenant...

don't you think you should have checked them out a little more thoroughly and set some ground rules before you let them move in? now you are probably stuck with them.

actually, I knew the main one (the one that is supposed to be here) since november of 2002...he is one of my best friends..the guy he moved in is someone I didn't know..and now, I am not the only one who has a problem with the things this guy does..so he might be leaving sooner than I thought
