Who proposed and how?

Technically, my sister did. We were getting ready to move in together anyway but thought we'd wait until summer for the wedding. My sister the wedding planner pulled out her calendar one night and insisted we pick a date in December (6 weeks from then) because she'd love to plan a Christmas time wedding and it would be so much easier to do it then she said. We hesitated since it really wasn't what we wanted but she just took off with the planning. Within two weeks she'd put all sorts of things together and shelled out her own money on stuff (that we could pay back of course). Before we knew it she had taken care of everything and we felt stuck whether we liked it or not.

My husband proposed after only 4 months of dating. He hid a ring in an Easter Egg and made me hunt for them. I found 7 eggs, and each one had a note in it that lef me to the next. I had no idea there would be a ring in it. We got married less than a year later. This was 3 years ago.
