Why are my white t-shirts getting stained in the arm pits?

I dont have bad B-O. I smell nice. Its just that my undershirts turn dark in the armpit area. they get stained, what is that all about? anybody know? I thought maybe it was my deoderant that did it? Is that a good guess?
