Has my nice kitten gone nuts?

Over the week or so, my cat has become really aggressive. Attacking and biting people he normally really likes- including his catsitter, her boyfriend, my really good friend, several PCA's, and even me. He also attacked he cat friends, which is very strange. He normally likes other cats, a lot! I'm calling the vet in the morning. Advice, please!

My Kitten Was Like That Too. Don't Worry It's Pretty Normal. In Cat Year's They Are Toddlers. Todlers Bite People Too. If You Can Get It, Use Bachs Herbal Rescue Remedy. If You Cant Get That And Herbal Calming Remedy Will Do. Dont Put This In The Cats Milk Or Water Because Once The Problem Has Gone Away the Cat Wont Drink His Milk. Put It Directly Into The Cats Mouth. I Suggest If Your Cat Is Really Aggressive, Then Wrap Him In A Towel And Get Help Holding Him. Hope Thats Some Help.
