i have gone through the whole paypal system,its going throght the world and the payment procedures.of course it is a world wide organisation and have vast centres around the world and keepdeveloping and expanding their techniques to deliver the best customer service.but to the citizens,other than that of USA and canada.its not that worthwhile.as we cant transfer the money free and it charges a hefty 5dollar service charge for issuing a check for countries as india.wat we get here are just a some dollars and in that too if we are deduced some 5dollar then its really a big thing.
