Withdrawing money from PayPal is easy. No, it is not directly through a bank machine. Rather, PayPal credits your credit card or your bank account through a type of wire transferring. Once the money is transferred tp your bank account, you then withdraw like it any other money. While this PayPal "withdrawal" costs nothing, it can take up to 8 business days for the PayPal-to-your-bank transfer to complete.

You can find that in paypal's FAQs section. You can transfer to your bank account even though your account is not verified.
In my city, it only take USD$0.5 for any withdraw amount which is below USD$150. So, it is very convenience for me to transfer money from my paypal account to my bank account!

You just transfer it into your bank account. At least that's what I'm assuming. Usually I'm doing it the other way and transfering money into it. I haven't actually transfered the money out of it yet. I just used it to buy stuff online. I'm hoping its as easy as just transfering back. I didn't eaven realize they charged for it until I saw another post here earlier about how you only get $5 of your $10 because paypal takes the rest out in charge fees.
