Think beyond the limit

when ever you are free, preferably evening time, sit in a silence and calm room with dim light. close your eyes and first try to think any thing without any break controlling your breath and then concentrate on a unknown blank object for which you can choose darkness which is appeared in your eyes. breath slow and deep. sit atleast for 10 minutes daily. later time can be increase. i am sure you will different. your life may change.
