The Roman Catholic Church is doing all she can to accelerate the church procedure, for the sooner Teresa is declared a “saint”.
We all know that Teresa was a well-acclaimed international celebrity, who had strong ties to the who’s who of this world.. She was a Roman Catholic nun who rescued the poor from the streets in Calcutta
And it seem that their efforts will be successful. What do u think?

Lets see: she broke her vows. she accepted the Nobel peace prize. she said she would not try to convert anyone. I admit that she was a great humanist, but so many things do not add up to criteria of Catholic Saint. I do not know why her cause is being pushed so ardently. I have read that the people of calcutta were not very fond of her and that she is being given undue credit. I just don't know.

Craving a niche out here in a hindu domnated culture, by a Catholic is not a easy task. So quite obiviously she would face some disregard among her fellow-residents of Kolkatta. When I myself face it, thatz why i can understand about her.

Well she spent her whole life making miracles happen for all she helped. She came to a country that was not her own and stayed there to help the poor and downtrodden for the rest of her life. Most of us wouldnt even do what she did for a day. She is an exemplary human being who has touched the heart of many.
Yes she should be declared a Saint. Im all for it.

I have the deepest respect for Mother Theresa but I cannot see how a church could declare her to be a saint. There are many people who do good for the fellow human beings but are never acknowledged.
