It is important to have a daily skin care regimen for a our face. Whatever your skin type be normal, dry, combination or oily skin you must see to it to cleanse to eliminate dirt, exfoliate to remove dead surface cells, freshener to rehydrates the skin, moisturize to soften and silken the skin and protection from the harmful effects of the sun and from the UV rays.

There can not be any contradiction to your information.
It's more an informative rather than any thing for discussion as such.
Still I would like to add some thing to the subjest above.
Few persons have a god's gift regarding this skin, ther skin is so fine and they don't need any care or a lotion or moisturizer or any massage or anything as a cosmatic treatment.
In such cases unnecessary or unwanted application to skin treatments may some times spoil the natural beauty, so persons with this type of beautiful skin should not apply any cream or any thing unless consulted to the experts I think.
