I am not a native of Singapore but being here for more than 2 years make me think that this is such a fine city. It has such a diversed cultures as locals here are Chinese, Indians, malay, filipinos, and expats from all over the world. Hope you can visit my 2nd home.

It depends on your criteria defining "best". For me, these are the considerations: - short commute from home - price + extra charges for music/computer/excursions - any school bus service, and how much - curiculum / strengths - international/multicultural mix of students - is it a day care or do they follow school holidays - Quality of teachers, student-to-teacher ratio - Philosophy on preschool learning, discipline, building of communication and interpersonal skills - Absence of Singlish amongst both teachers and students The place I send my kids to is Pre-School By The Park on Shelford Road, off Dunearn Rd near the Adam/Farrer Rd junction.

That depends on your location. There are quite a lot of pre-schools here in Singapore. And you shouldn't be sending your daughter to a place too far to attend pre-school. These are some preschools that I recommend Edustation MercuLearning http://www.merculearning.com.sg Yoong Kheong http://www.wecaretuition.com http://www.whyhireatutor.com

YoongKheong is right. It depends on your location. However, it also depends on you. One school might be the best for somebody else but not for you. Look for preschools around your area. Try to visit them personally. It's a good thing if you have friends in your area who have children studying, and whom you can ask for recommendations.
