It's been a turbulent six months since Capello taking over. It started with galacticos loosing favor and the team's general performance over the year has been nothing more than start and stop. Do you think Capello is the right choice for a flair club like Real Madrid?

I really think Capello needs time for him to get his touch on Real Madrid, something Los Merengues and their boss haven't got.

Time is the crucial factor and you are right Real Madrid does not really have much of it especially after 3 trophyless seasons. Cheers! Ram

i think the problem don't lies with him, but the management. In the 1st place, the real madrid had a winning team and manager in 2004-2005 season. but it shocked everyone when they sacked that manager(i forgot the name). Capello is a proven manager in Juventus and AC Milan and maybe in future in Man Utd so no doubts about him

You are talking about Vicente Del Bosque. I agree that his sacking was a knee jerk reaction in 2004-2005, but then the new president wanted the Galacticos in and felt Del Bosque was not the right man for handling superstars. Of course, in hindsight he was wrong... Coming to Capello, yes he is proven success with Italian clubs which have emphasis on defence, but at a club like Real where the emphasis is offence, he still hasn't proven much. Also he is finding it tough to handle the crowd pressure which is baying for goals at every outing.
