how to get fluency

is there any online sites for increasing our fluency in english or any other method to do that

well like evvrywhere else here too there is no shortcut to hard work and practice. Keep talking in english to get fluent at it that is the only way. To improve your vocab read a lot of english material, books, newspapers etc and to improve diction, sing along with english songs.....
