is oscer award measurement scale for best movies.......?

In the opinion of experts,the movies that won the Oscar awards may be the best ones technically.But some of them are not popular in our ordinary people, cause they are boring and not easy to understand. In my opinion, I think the most successful movies are the ones that can touch our hearts!

That can happen one or other year but it's rare. The nominated movies are really the best ones in that year - to pick one out of it, it's not like saying it's better than the others or it's the best that year, you can't measure that. This movies are very well done and performed. Most of times a large quantity of humor and action. The big difference is their dramatical weight and gravity.
