I have not heard anything about a new tinkerbell movie comming out. I know that disney is rereleasing Peter Pan. Disney takes their movies off the market for a while and then releases them about five or six years later. This keeps the movie fresh. That is the only tinkerbel I know about.

there is a new tinkerbell movie comming out. i know that peter pan comes out march 6 but this is different. the preview is in the new cinderella 3 movie and there is a little girl who walks up, looks up at the sky and puts on a flower crown and says i do beleive, then it says a tinkerbell movie is in the process of being made and will be comming out soon.

hmmm...i haven't heard of it. Is is a live action movie? That would be great. I love Tinkerbell. Keep me updated if you hear anything else and I will do the same.

i'm not too sure what the movie will be like. i saw a commercial and it sowed fast clips and never even showed tinkerbell. it showed a little girl putting on a flower croun and looking up to the sky and saying i beleive. and that was basically it. if you see the cinderella 3 movie that just came out, the preview is on there.

I hadn't heard of it until you posted. I love Tinkerbell. I can't wait to see this movie. Here is what I was able to find out.

Due to some rather serious story problems, it now appears that "The Tinkerbell Movie" won't be able to meet its original Fall 2007 release date. In fact, there's even been some talk that the release date of this DisneyToon Studios production could wind up being pushed back as far as 2008 or 2009.
That's really sad. I don't want to wait that long. I think Britney Murphy is a great choice for the voice of Tinkerbell. I just love her.

she'd make a great tinkerbell. she has a good voice for something like that.
thanks for the info. now that i know about it there is no way it'd be able to wait til 2008 or 2009. it will drive me nuts, i can't wait to see it.

Talking to the employees at the Disney store, this is going straight to dvd release. We can't wait, since my youngest is a huge tink fan!
It should be interesting, because a lot of the previews I have seen, there is no speaking. Now in the "fairies" books Tink does talk. So it will be interesting.

Yes i have heard of it meanwhile it also got it's own page on Disney official sites. There is a trailer there and some activities for you and your children, if you'd like. They say that it will be coming on Disney DVD and BLU-Ray this fall (2008).
