Who will be the king?

Condition:If a king has a younger brother and a son, and the king dies, who should be the next king?

If he has a brother, then his brother will be the successor, he will take place as King, even tho he has a son. If the King has no brother, but a sister, the sister will be Queen. And if the King has no brother or sister, then his son will take the Crown as King or Queen

It depends on the law of the country. In this, the son becomes the next king.
