I've got my inspiration from "life".And i really don't mind if I have no replies what so ever at my discussions.I'm just having fun most of the time anyway..i don't try to get rich doing this.

The inspiration for my discussions come from a few places. One is reading others discussions always brings up ideas. The other is just life in general, or my interests inspires me to ask others what they think and to voice my views on subjects I feel strongly about. I don't have a hard time coming up with ideas I have a harder time deciding which idea I want to start my discussion on for the day. :)

I don't know if your shyness has anything to do with it or not but I know that my inspiration usually comes from something I hear about or watch on the t.v. But it also comes from things that I love. I sometimes have a discussions pop in my head after I have read or responded too. I think you just need to go with your loves and likes, or something that you hear about. I hope that this helps.

I watch the news and read the newspaper, and I listen to others discussions for inspiration.

While shyness maybe a part of it the problem could be that you feel like no one will find what you have to say to be important. You'd be surprised how many times I've written things just to get them off of my chest and not really caring if people even read them. They turned out to be some of my most popular stories, posts, and blogs on various websites.
