Why do people feel they always have to earn a little more?

In this growing world what is earned is alway not felt that is sufficient for a living that makes everyone think he has to earn more

I think it is true that the more you have the more you want. You find ways of spending every penny that you have but still want more. I think it is the evil way of the world convincing you, that you need more 'stuff' when you already have far more than you need.

Right, "the more your have the more you want". And if you can't stop before buying a thing you don't need, then you will have to look for an extra way to earn more money. I think people should be less greedy. I'm doing my best to be more thrifty, but unfortunately I don't always manage to.

Higher expectations can come once you reach a certain goal; once you reach the next goal, you increase the standard. It's due to ambition in this competitive world as well as seeking the material and unmaterial things we want to buy with money.
