Tax season joke:
Cheron (the bargeman at River Styx) poles over to the answer of the horn at the other side. when he arrives there he is shocked to see Uncle Sam standing there on the bank of the river. He is even more shocked when Uncle Sam tells hime that he doesn't want a ride over to the land of the dead because he'll never die.
"So why did you blow my horn?" Cheron asks Uncle Sam, perplexed and a little angry about the trip for nothing.
"Because everyone says the two inevitable things in life are death and taxes right?" Sam asks
"I had heard somehting to that effect." Cheron agrees
"Well people do their taxes every year, and according to a recent poll people are even more scared of me than they are of you. So why is it that if I take in more money, more often, and scare more people than you, whom they only have to pay once in a lifetime. How come you get top billing still?"
