my friend is in really big trouble with company she owe abot 3000 pounds to staff that she has had, like internet bill. caterlogs, bank, but she has no money to pay back as she is out of work and is on benfit, and when she get money she spend it on gambling on bingo, thinking she will win, the crediters keep calling her while she make out the person they want is out, she has received letter from demanding the money or she be sent to court, she does want to pay the company she owes but with no money she cant, what will happen to my friend will she be sent 2 court to pay the money or will they just black list her,
