Starting a photography business

I have been on here for about 6 weeks. My main interest for topics has been photography. I enjoy learning from others and sharing my knowledge, however limited it may be. One thing I have seen is a lot of topics started on getting into the photography business.

yeah, wedding photography is one of the best ways to earn realistic money through photography. Ive started putting my pictures onto fotolia.co.uk, a website that people and businesses can buy your photos from you. However, unless you have a lot of time on your hands, and produce photographs that are very sucsessful, the pay isnt all too big.

I have photos up on ShutterStock, iStock, BigStock and Fotolia. I have sold them on all but Fotolia. It's the same portfolio on each, just nothing on Fotolia. Don't know what the deal is with that site.
