If white hair is not a sign of wisdom, what does it signify?

White hair is like a crown and the one bearing it is presumed to be full of wisdom. It purports maturity and old age. The ancient King in the Holy Bible who is God has white hair. For those who are still young but already bearing white hair, there might be some hormonal defects, etc.

Age and experiance. Neither insure wisdom.

White hair or greying of hair simply signifies old age or genetic predisposition if still young. It doesn't really mean that a person with a lot of white hair is very wise! Or, a person who has developed greying of hair at a young age is wiser than other people. Haha. I think that's just old belief.

Age, of course...:) Or stress... Or perhaps you are just too busy, and don't notice time flying by...
