Scottie Pippen, looking to make a comeback in the league at age 41, hopes to schedule private workouts with teams in the coming days and says that "a half-dozen" teams have called him.
Among the teams supposedly interested in the former Bulls star are the Los Angeles Lakers, which would reunite Pippen with his former coach Phil Jackson, the Denver Nuggets, San Antonio Spurs and Phoenix Suns.

teams could gain a lot from pippen's experience. i'd say being a coach would be a lot appropriate for pippen than a player

I think sometimes these professional athlets need to realize when it is time to call it quites. 41 years old and coming back is just crazy. Pippen sound a lot like Vinney Testaverdiy who returned to football this year at 43.

Maybe PIP wants to prove something !!!
He could be a factor if he joins a contending team like the SPURS or the HEAT. Experience and playoffs nerves are what he can give to the team he will play.
remember he is the other half of the most DYNAMIC DUO in NBA basketball. never mind his age he still know how to shoot...

maybe he just wants another ring in his collection. joining a team like san antonio or miami wont prove anything but another crown. it was rumored that he wants to play for the mavericks, but mark cuban and the mavs management turned him down.
by looking at what the nba is now, i think pippen has got no place in it as a player. even michael jordan slowed down with age
