improve your life through eating particular foods, using meditation or prayer as a stress reliever, excercise and fitness?

yes I do I prefer to use alternatives. first though you need follow the doctors meds for a month or two since it protects you but slowly incorporate light healthy eating,exercise(walking 30 minutes per day)some skipping rope good for cardiovascular exercise. and herbals. when someone asks for my opinion later in this discussion I will galdly share the herbal that I use that have cured me of all my diseases

With all my medical issues, I have not taken the chance to try anything else. I don't feel it would be a safe move on my part.

For my depression I have now switched over to taking herbal meds instead, the GP is forever trying to foist anti-depressants on me which have nasty side affects, so I decided to go down the herbal route as well as going to the gym five times a week makes all the difference to my health and fitness.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage hypertension, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

I take a lot of Eastern medicines which are more natural. I also meditate and do yoga.

I aleays watch out what i eat and also taking my vitamine every day to replace the lack of nutrient which i'm unable to derive from my daily diet.I do yoga very morning as well.
