My computer has a problem. Every morning, I turn on the computer. At first, there seem to be with no problem. But once I surf the net, the problem begins. The screen turns blue saying that a problem was encountered and it needs to be restarted. After restarting, it is ok again. It will not show that message eventhough I will surf the internet. What might be the problem? I don't know what to do. Could you give me the possible reasons and possible solutions? Thanks.

Do you install anti-virus software? Do you install firewall software? If not so, please install them. Certain kind of virus has entered your computer. Before installing them, DM and fomat your hard disk first. Then installing operation system again. At last install anti-virus and firewall software. There are many kinds of these software in the market. Just choose one.

It has already an anti-virus software in it. It is AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition. It has also firewall. Should I still reformat and reinstall everything? This morning, the monitor turns like sepia but in green color, then in a moment, it returns to normal again.

This is probably a silly question especially since tech installed new RAM,but on rare occasions your OS might not recognize new RAM.Use System Information to verify new RAM was indeed detected.
