How to manage workplace stress?

Stress in the workplace can't ever be completely eliminated - nor should it be. But it can be managed ao that you can function in a healthy and effective way. For managing workplace stress, short-term "quick fixes", long-term methods for changing the situation, or changing your response to the situation? Although both work and life are the end of zero-sum game, we should keep positive when facing with stress, right? The above is my idea about managing stress, what's yours, my friends?

In my opinion, the stress in today's society is serious more and more, but the effect is different for different people, some peoples can adjust it well by themselves, but some people is failed. I think the attitude to lessen stress is very important, such as some peoples that with good mood have no disease offen. So become more easy and enjoy our life, let the stress to hell.
