How to maintain our star?

Hi friends, happy posting...I wondering on how we can maintain our red star, or even blue star? My star seems stuck on his rating, i don't know what to do about it. I guess if the post is the answer, i make good post each time, then still nothing happen. So how you maintain your star my friend and how you climb up to blue star? Any tips?
