About My lot views of a new user

Hi, I user's I am a new user in this my lot community. Even though I expect to get so many knowledges from the many of the post that I have read.The happiest thing about my lot is that more & more discussions are posted daily on various matters. I would like to know the experiences of senior members in this site & their views and suggestions to improve the discussions posted here ,their way of working etc...... Thank You
