Instead of condemnning people,let's try to understand
them.Let's try to figure out why they do what they do.
That's a lot more profitable and intriguing than criticism;
and it breeds sympathy,tolerance, and kindness.

okay..i understand what you are saying but tell me,how would you forgive these kind of things?The person you shared 7 yrs and a child with ...beat,cheated and lied to you for 7 yrs?Your best friend has a kid with your kids father?Your best friend(ex) makes it her mission to ruin your relationship and succeeds?The person(people) you thought cared about you has done nothing but made your life hell for years?....plz tell me how to forgive in this situation....cuz i have nothing but hatred in my heart.
