Contact lens or Spex.Which one is more comfortable?

I am already wearing spex and i want to swith to contact lens.Is there any problem in wearing contact lens.

Contact lens are good also. It feels really good to have nothing on your face. But there are a few types to know. Hard lens, soft lens. Most disposables are soft lens. But I switched back to spex because of some sensitive eye issues. So, take care when wearing them. Hygiene is of the out most importance.
