There are several of these sorts of forums around, and it does sound that it is much like myLot. If they are paying 2 cents per post, that isn't really a lot of money, or at least to me it isn't as I average more than that here from myLot every month. I am not sure how this site you are talking about pays, i.e. quality or quantity of posts, but I do know that myLot pays for the quality of the post as well as extra for positive ratings and best response.
Good luck to you my friend and I hope that this site you are talking about does work out well for you. I do see where you said that they pay every week but at the same time I am sure they also have a minimum payout figure, as that is the way most of these forums operate.
One thing though and that is to be very careful putting in these types of links. The site/forum you mention is the same sort as myLot plus you have put your referral link it and that is against the myLot rules. It could lead to your discussion being deleted, and that means those who responded to you would also lose money.

once you have 100 points, than you qualify for the payments.
100 points is equal to 25 posts.
for only twenty five posts, get 50 cents paid into your account
