You have nothing to lose except your valuable time. Every time you login, I'm sure they are receiving something. It's ridiculous to think that you have to wait two years for some type of payout. I'd find something that is going to pay off because I have a feeling this one won't.

You are right. It's free to try and no joining fee at all. Whether we eventually get to cash out after 24 months or not remain a mystery. So, let's just join and hope that we become rich 2 years down the road.
