I try to understand an officemate who keeps on destroying her fellow officemates to management. She seems to be very good and caring in front of you so that she can fish out information however she manages to destroy you after. Everytime I learn of this I get pissed off and really abhor her. I get so emotional because the boss keeps on telling the people around not to make a big fuss out of what she does when in fact she is the one who does it in the first place. The rest of the guys really wonder why the boss keeps on defending her..they already feel like resigning because of management's stance.. because they feel slighted since in reality they know they contribute more than that specific person..
