Obsessed With Johnny!!

When I met my husband he told me he loved Johnny Cash. He has every album that he can possibly get his hands on. When Johnny Cash died, he was heartbroken. I didn't know his music well, only heard it from time to time over the years. But Johnny Cash was an extraordinary man. Every song tells a story, his life has touched so many people. When we go on long drives now we always listen to Johnny Cash. Some songs are silly and some songs are heartfelt and deep. Some people enter this world and leave their mark, Johnny Cash was one of them.

Have you ever seen the movie with that guy who plays the emperor in Gladiator ? It's darn good. I don't know how good or bad of a man he was, but it's hard not like songs like "a man named Sue." It's freakin' hilarious, and has a message that you end up with at the end of the song. You should watch the movie; I think it'll really help explain JCash. It's also entertaining.

Don't think I know who it is you are talking about. The songs Johnny sings are amazing. He is such a story teller for sure...all his songs have so much meaning behind the lyrics..

Walk the Line? I didn't see the movie Gladiator so I wasn't sure which actor he was talking about.
I have seen the movie many times, its a good portrayal, Reese Witherspoon won an Oscar for her role. Great movie, although I would have liked to have seen the latter years of his life.
