Do you have a good relate with your colleagues?

I think I'm a happy going person and like to create jokes. These enable me to mix with my colleagues happily and harmoniously. There are about twenty five staffs in my office and many of them are my close friends.

i don't know if they consider me well, because in the office ( hotel) were i work i am the boss, i am a self-made man and it's not so easy for me to work in a group, but with my workers i try to be as kind and educate as possible

At the beginning it wasn't so good, not bad but I am a shy guy so I have difficulties in having friendship. However my colleagues never left me alone and with time now there is a pretty good relationship, but limited to the work hour. Bye

Fortunately we cant compete at my job, we all work the same and there is no such thing as promotion. But there are people who work once every six months to help us out and are the most lasiest people around, and they cause alot of problems, arguements, swearing and undue stress. The men I normally work with are brilliant, they accept me as one of their own although they are aware Im not as physically able as them, they never complain and help me when I need it, most of the time I never have to ask they just know Im not able to do things. We are great friends, we talk about everything, and never judge each other. Ive had to take a few weeks of work, and Im finding myself extremely bored, so today I drove to work just to say hello, I miss my friends. They greated me with smiles and hugs, it was fabulous. We are truly one happy little family and I realy dont think Id change my job, id miss everyone. We dont mix our private lives with work though, we only see each other at work, its an agreement we are all happy with, especially since we spend anywhere between 8 hours and 16 hours a day with each other, I think seeing each other after work would be a bit too much.

hi, this a very good question as i am also working i have an experience its very good to have relate with coolleagues but very difficult to maintain it, as they trust us and be very sincere with us we should atleast try to co operate with them neither leaving them in trouble.
