yeahhh...I think it depends on how big is your house...I love animals and I would surely like to have a pet in my house,,,. The only problem is that i live in a flat...and i consider that it will be wrong to keep a dog inside my flat due to the fact that the dog won't have freedom to run and jumb , the freedom he needs so much. on the other hand I must admit that i won't like to have dog hair on my carpet , i wouldn't be happy with the smell either, and i would defenetly not be able to wake up every day at 5 a.m. to walk my dog. As i said , i love dogs , and precisely for this reason I don't agree woth keeping them in a flat... If you have a house with a big yard outside, that's something else.

shih tzu mix - not my dog, my dog has brown and black hair, but looks like this.
there are dogs that r hypoallergenic, that don't shed, because it's hair, like human hair, not fur! they r the small one's like shih tzu's, lhasa apso's, and maltese. dogs like that, look it up. those dogs r also bred to be lap dogs, they stay indoors because they don't have a lot of fat to keep them warm outside! i have a shih tzu mix, he's such a good dog!the photo is not of my dog, it looks like it but my dog has brown hair

Well, depend on many things as house size, dog race... Typically small dogs fit well on house living, but big ones may need more space. As for hair, is not a major concern, dog hair is not floating in the air, so is easy to clean up. I had and I have all kind of animals around me since I was born (no, I'm not living at county,I live in city but my mom had/have cats, dogs, perrots, turtles) and I can say nobody from my family suffered of any kind of disease caused by animals.

My parents have a part Jack Russels and chiuawau mixed and a dashaund part chiuwau mixed and they get like a big washing basing and lay old towels on the floor(the wash them seperately from the other towels and they bath them individually.I would let my dog if I had one stay inth ehouse because I wouldnt like it to be out in the cold.Little dogs cant take the cold probably as much as a bigger dog.But Im sure your kids have stuff that sometimes are laying around (like food you might find behind th ecouch or under ect.)LOL.Or your husband might maked a mess too LOL.

I can't stand animals in my house. I have a bird that stays in a cage and two fish in the house and that is it. I own seven dogs but they all stay in the pen.

I do not think it is right that you keep a dog either in the house or outside. Because no matter what you can get charges on you. Because they call it abandonment if you leave the house or apt and are gone for long period. But they say that you are leaving no food and water out for the dogs. Because as long as the dog is in the house with the food and water then they should be fine. So I think maybe you should get a doggie door if you have a fence yard and so he can be going inside and outside. Because then they cant say you are locking him up for long times. Because I knew a guy that would lock his dog up in the trailer for 12 hours and expect that dog to wait till he got home to go to the bathroom. I used to leave in apt and because we were in the process of moving my boyfriend left the dog for 2 hours alone and the neighbor called the dog pound on me because saying that i was abandoned him and stuff. It should not matter where the dog is as long as it is taken care of.

Keeping dogs in the house is a good idea if proper care and maintenance is carried out. This includes regular grooming, bathing etc.

I agree with you. actually my dog is living outside in the yard because my father is sick and he would get more sick with the dog hair.

If he is trained to go outside or you will let him out then I don't see why not, as long as he dose not tear up all of the furniture.
