How is the best way to stop race for nuclear weapons ???

In my view its quite difficult..To stop it,the initiative should come from BIG BOSSES of the world,likes of developed nations who themselves have stockpiled nuclear weapon in the name of self-defense..So, all other nations are too developing their own nuclear arsenals for the same excuse.What do you have to say myLoitians ???

in the recent times it becoming increasingly impossible to end this race of weapons because the big bosses are increasingly making the weapon of mass destruction. untill and unles they stop making these, they can't stop others as well. so first of all these big bosses like america, uk, russia, china to stop making these weapons and providing to others as well.
