Your preferred recipe of chinese food

my choices are endless. i like the ones that my Mom cook for us 1.Beef Broccoli in Oyster Sauce 2.Shrimp with Cashew Nuts and Peas 3.Chopsuey 4.Stir-fry Noodles with shrimp and pork ...and those that my hubby cook 1.Shrimp in Ketchup Sauce 2.Roast Honey Chicken 3.Savory Spare Ribs HongKong Style 4.Pork Asado 4.Stir-fried Beef with Bamboo shoots ... and all others that is Tofu (Bean Curd) based and also those with black beans. choices of dimsums and dumplings are also my favorites like siomai, sharks fin, chicken wonton, shanghai spring rolls, BBQ pork in lettuce wraps!, stuffed steamed buns(siopao). these are just a few of them. that's how our family adores chinese cuisine. by the way, we are not Chinese, only my husband is, 50%.

i like very much chinese food. my favourite food is fried wanton, rice noodles with shrimps and shrimps with almond!

My favorite chinese food is the Steamed tofu with vegetables and mushroom, I'm not sure what's the sauce is called but it's so delicious.
