Why was Laxman not in the15 squad for the world cup.?

he would surely been a good choise and would have proven to be a very good player in the world cup. i would not say who was a bad choise bat not selecting laxman was bad politics by selectors, just for agumeny sake what as shewag done for so long inspite of given so many chances.

yoh mate.......i am gald 2 see dis question...b'couz even i had asked it.....he deserves 2 play in de team.....n he is de best player in de middle order......instead of dinesh karthik....de could hav taken laxman....its all politics......if laxman was in de team i would hav definetly say dat india....r near 2 1 more world cup victory
