Dishwasher not cleaning

Anybody know what's going with a dishwasher that's not cleaning? Mine doesn't have a filter.
Well, it IS cleaning. But there's always the leftover soap on dishes. I've even tried to run a second cycle without any soap. And it still gets on there (like really really gets on there, to the point that i've got to scrub it off, not just rinse it). I used the 3-in-1 tab by clearasol.
Any ideas?

Just that you should do your dishes by hand. It will save on soap costs, hot water costs and be less hassle to do this calming washing of the dishes. Probably needs something cleaned out and that might be expensive to fix. So save the money and wash your dishes by hand. Good luck!!
