Have you watch the news yesterday?have you read the news paper this morning?have you heard the news?It is all about Jesus' and family small casket or ossuaries has found in southern part of Jerusalem where Jesus was buried in Old City.Film directors James Cameron, Simcha Jacobovici made a documentary film about it and it'll be shown on march 4 on Discovery Channel. The news goes like this: New York (AP)- Film makers and researchers unveiled the Monday two ancient stone boxes they said may have once contained the remains of Jesus and Mary Magdalene, but several scholars derided the claims made its new documentary as unfounded and contradictory to basic Chistian beliefs. The film was entitled "The Lost Tomb of Jesus." it was produced by award winning director James Cameron. It also says that 10 samll caskets, called ossuaries, discoverd in 1980 in a Jerusalem Suburb may have held the bones of Jesus and his family. One of teh casket even bears the title "Judah, son of Jesus," hinting that Jesus might have a son, according to the film. The claims that Jesus even had an ossuary contrdicts the Christian beliefs that he was ressurected and ascened to heaven. A panel of scholars that joined the filmakers Monday at the New York Public Library addressed that critism and others. James Tabor, a professor of religious studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, said that while literal interpreters of teh Bible say Jesus' physical body rose from the dead, "one might affirm resurrection in a more spiritual way in w/c the husk of the body id left behind." One of the osuary has an early Christian Text says "Mariamene" w/c is the name of Mary Magdalene. Most Christian believe Jesus spent three days at the site of the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem's Old City. The burial site identified in Cameron's documentary is in a southern Jerusalem neighborhood nowhere near the church. We all know that after christ maybe there are lots of people living in Jerusalem is being named after Jesus and Mary Magdalene as well as to Judah, we cant determined it wether that ossuaries is the real ossuary of Jesus.will you watch this docufilm?do believe in this?why?as christian how strong is your faith?where or to whom you believe to these people and scholars or in the Bible?why?

I think that that is a lot of baloney. I mean really, any one could say that they found a body in their back yard and say it was Jesus, but that does not make it so. I think that they are just trying to prove something, like that their is no Jesus, just becuase they can not touch it with their physical hands and they feel so out of control. I know this is very opnionated, but it just peeves me that they would go this far. If something like this was done to another religion or something of that nature every one would be in a up roar about how horrible they are for trying to dicredit their religion. For me, I have my faith and I don't need to have proof, that is what faith is; believing with out having to see.

I don't believe in these blah blah of those who want to make money. They just want to follow suit the previous authors who made millions about blaspheming God. It is in the Bible that these sorts will come and they are here right now and many will still be coming.

That is quite interesting..Yes I would watch it..I am a Christian Wiccan and I can say my faith is very strong and I believe he is always there for me whenever I fall astray...The bible is interpreted in so many different ways now we don't know which is true or which is not..If this are real bodies of Jesus and his family I think the best to find out is to gather some scientist to find out how old this bones are and everything about it before we say who it is or not.
